No frills! Just a nice quiet, peaceful & cozy place to rest and get clean. The bed and bedding is better than most 4 star hotels. Lovingly decorated, rustic which ties in perfectly with this area. Walking distance to the best breakfast place in WYS. (Running Bear Pancake House.) Our room 18 has coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge, cable tv and a/c.
The owner’s name is Cheryl and she is an absolute gem! She makes you feel welcome, comfortable and at home here. The whole place is like a warm familiar hug.
Mom & Pop motels like this one, sadly, won’t be around much longer and that personally makes me sad. We have always chose these types of places over big chain hotels. You can’t get this kind of feeling or core memories from the bland and mundane hotels. It truly made our vacation to Yellowstone complete. Highly recommend everyone visit this place and Ms Cheryl. We stayed in room 18 and recommend it if available.

This was such a a great cozy place! My husband and I stay here memorial weekend on a whim and loved it! We stayed in cabin 22 and it was just darling. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable and exactly what we were hoping for. The owner Sheryl was just a sweetheart, she was so hospitable, straight forward and kind as could be. She made us feel so welcomed and not just like another set of guests passing through. I will admit it was a little pricier than I would have wanted it to be, but being accommodated on a whim, on a holiday weekend in such a genuine way, was so worth it. My husband and I already can't wait to stay here again on future Yellowstone trips!!! If you're wanting an authentic "cabin" stay but also want to stay connected and able to shop around or visit the local restaurants, this place is perfect!
